This unusual object is a “cometary nebula”. Its large head is followed by a large “tail” of nebulosity sweeping down to the right.It gets its name from looking somewhat like a comet. Note the blue reflective nebulas embedded in it. NGC5367 is found well above the galactic disk in a region where this type of object doesn’t usually appear.
