NGC0134 is an edge-on galaxy in the Sculptor Group that lies 60 milion ly away. It is considerably larger than the Milky Way with an estimated diameter of 156,000 ly. The overall shape is somewhat warped, and it displays a vivid arm on the near side which seems to be somewhat raised. Additionally,there is a faint trail of gas being stripped away along the upper right side.

These things suggest an interaction with another galaxy or galaxies in the past.
