NGC7284 and NGC7285 form an entangled duo that is also known as Arp83. 7284 is a barred spiral and 7285 is classified as a lenticular galaxy. Lying about 210 million ly away they make a sort of “tornado” appearance with their huge, trailing tidal tail. The shot catches the encounter when their arms are breached.
